Hola, I’m Victor Germán, Founder + CEO of Listos, a PEO broker dedicated to getting the right PEO for your company’s needs, goals and managing style in order to give you back your most precious asset: Time!
Eventually finding our stride, my brother took the lead in the business while I chose to dedicate myself to assist and help businesses with their banking and investment needs. From First Union which later became Wachovia then Walls Fargo to Amsouth Bank (now Regions bank) and the former Morgan Keegan and Co (now part of Raymond James). With this distinct knowledge and experience VGD & Associates, now Listos was created seven years ago.
As a small business owner, I know what it’s like to navigate the shallow waters of self-employment and the big waves of growing a small business. This is where Listos comes in!

Originally from Bogota, Colombia, I moved to Albany, NY in my early 20s. It was not easy, but with my brothers, we started our own business. Learning english from scratch was easier than learning the ins and outs of running a business including it’s regulations and taxes, let alone workers’ compensation or health benefits.
During my banking career in the Tampa Bay area, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Phoenix while helping raise two successful women. During all this time, I have kept my commitment to helping families and businesses if not through the banks, through companies like Aflac and Allstate Benefits, providing employees (and owners) with financial benefits and peace of mind.
Now as the Founder + CEO of Listos, I’ll continue to honor that commitment with you, while watching fútbol, working out, reading and spending time with my family.
